In der neu geschaffenen Position bei der zur Omnicom Media Group geh\u00f6renden Agentur verantwortet die Hamburgerin die plattform\u00fcbergreifende Mediaplanung.<br \/>\nIn ihren T\u00e4tigkeitsbereich fallen die Entwicklung und Integration innovativer marktgestaltender L\u00f6sungen in die Themenfelder Digital, TV, Total Video, Performance-Marketing, Retail Media, Cookieless und Measurement.<\/p>\n<p>Kathrin Franssen kommt von Tik Tok, hier war sie die erste Frau im Executive Leadership Team von TikTok GBS DACH &amp; der Niederlande. Als Head of Agency baute sie knapp vier Jahre lang das Plattformbusiness mit auf. Zum Portfolio ihres Teams geh\u00f6rten die Media-, Kreativ-, Social- und Performance-Agenturen.<\/p>\n<p>Als Marketing-Expertin repr\u00e4sentierte Kathrin Franssen TikTok bei unterschiedlichen Branchenveranstaltungen, u.a. OMR, dmexco, d3con, Cannes Lions und ADC.<\/p>\n<p>Kathrin startete ihre Karriere als Online-Redakteurin am Newsdesk einer Bertelsmann Content-Agentur und durchlief verschiedenste Stationen von PR \u00fcber digitales Marketing, E-Commerce, Vermarktung und Lizenz-Vertrieb bei Shutterstock.
