Zu seinen Verantwortungsbereichen z\u00e4hlen CRM, Social Media, eCommerce und die Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von neuen Technologien und Gesch\u00e4ftsmodellen.<\/p>\n<p>Vor seinem Engagement bei Henkel war Thomas Knops in nationalen und internationalen Marketing- und Vertriebsfunktionen u.a. bei Toshiba, Nokia und Canon t\u00e4tig. Zuletzt war er in der Digital Business Unit der Deutschen Telekom f\u00fcr die Entwicklung und Einf\u00fchrung des Smart Home\/IOT Angebots mitverantwortlich.\u00a0 Der studierte Betriebswirt ist Lehrbeauftragter f\u00fcr Internationales Marketing mit Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung an der Hochschule
