Dort verantwortet er die Bereiche Kommunikation, Kundenschulung sowie Inbound- und Outbound-Callcenter. Als Gastdozent an verschiedenen Hochschulen unterrichtet er au\u00dferdem Technische Dokumentation sowie Konsumg\u00fcter- und
