Er beurteilt, sch\u00fctzt und verteidigt den Inhalt von Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen, hilft bei der Bewahrung von Schutzrechten (Urheberrechte, Marken, Designrechte) und sonstigem geistigen Eigentum und \u00fcbernimmt in streitigen F\u00e4llen die Prozessf\u00fchrung. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt seiner T\u00e4tigkeit liegt in der Verhandlung und Gestaltung medienspezifischer Vertr\u00e4ge wie Lizenz-, Agentur- oder K\u00fcnstlervertr\u00e4ge aus den Bereichen Film und TV.<\/p>\n<p>Martin Gerecke verf\u00fcgt zudem \u00fcber langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung im Bereich des Wettbewerbsrechts und befasst sich dort insbesondere mit Rechtsfragen des unlauteren Wettbewerbs und ber\u00e4t bei Gestaltung von Werbe- und Produktmaterialien und Onlineshops. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt von Martin Gerecke ist das Sportrecht. Er ber\u00e4t dort insbesondere zu Fragen der Sportvermarktung, der Lizenzierung von Rechten und des eSports \/ Gaming.<\/p>\n<p>Martin Gerecke schloss sich 2014 CMS an. Zuvor war er drei Jahre als Rechtsanwalt in einer IP- und Medienrechtsboutique t\u00e4tig. Er ist Lehrbeauftragter an der Christian-Albrechts-Universit\u00e4t zu Kiel und ver\u00f6ffentlicht regelm\u00e4\u00dfig zu Themen des Urheber- und Medienrechts sowie des gewerblichen
