Sein Verantwortungsbereich umfasst das Management aller musikbezogenen strategischen Aktivit\u00e4ten auf internationaler Ebene sowie die Weiterentwicklung und Verj\u00fcngung des Markenimages des Konzerns. Dies erfolgt insbesondere durch einzigartige Culture-Marketing Aktivit\u00e4ten im Bereich Musik, Art, Design, Fashion und Entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>Ralf L\u00fclsdorf ist der Gr\u00fcnder des international erfolgreichen Programms Telekom Electronic Beats (TEB), welches im Jahre 2000 in Deutschland startete und seit 2004 auch international ausgebaut wurde. Seit mehr als 20 Jahren ist TEB ein cross-promotionales Culture-Marketing Programm mit der Zielsetzung die Marke T durch innovative Musikerlebnisse und redaktionelle Inhalte zu verj\u00fcngen. Neben Musikevents in IRL\/VR\/AR werden popkulturelle Themen \u00fcber eine Vielzahl von Content-Kan\u00e4len verbreitet. Neben den preisgekr\u00f6nten Web-Inhalten, YouTube Reportagen und Buchprojekten werden TEB-Inhalte auf den Social-Media-Kan\u00e4len wie TikTok oder Instagram mediengerecht angeboten. Mit \u201eBeatland\u201c wurde just ein eigenes Metaversum gegr\u00fcndet und er\u00f6ffnet somit neue Zielgruppenkan\u00e4le zur GenZ und GenAlpha. Damit ist TEB heute eines der erfolgreichsten Musikprogramme weltweit.<\/p>\n<p>Ralf L\u00fclsdorf zeichnete sich au\u00dferdem verantwortlich f\u00fcr die wegweisenden Musikmarketing-Kooperationen der Telekom mit K\u00fcnstlern wie Black Eyed Peas, Pink!, Katy Perry, Depeche Mode, Gorillaz oder Billie Eilish. Diese Kooperationen werden \u00fcberwiegend als 360\u00b0- Aktivierung und Kampagne entwickelt. Dabei kommen neben exklusiven Konzerten und Shows individuell konzipierte Ideen und Ma\u00dfnahmen zum Einsatz, wie z.B. die Depeche Mode Fan Exhibition oder eine umfassende VR\/AR Music Experience zusammen mit der Band Gorillaz.<br \/>\nMit Billie Eilish konnte Ralf L\u00fclsdorf zum ersten Mal eine K\u00fcnstlerin langfristig an die Telekom binden. Nach zwei preisgekr\u00f6nten Kampagnen gipfelte die mehrj\u00e4hrige Kooperation in einem exklusiven Konzert im Juni 2022 in der Telekom Heimatstadt Bonn.<\/p>\n<p>Des Weiteren ist Ralf L\u00fclsdorf verantwortlich f\u00fcr die Musiksynchronisation von internationalen Kampagnen der Deutschen Telekom.<br \/>\nDie Arbeit von Ralf L\u00fclsdorf wurde bereits vielfach international ausgezeichnet. Dazu z\u00e4hlen zahlreiche Cannes Gold und Silver Lions, Clio Awards sowie Best Content Marketing Awards, ADC Award; Euro Effie und der MTV Award f\u00fcr das Best Music Video Of The Year f\u00fcr
