Kristin Driemeier heads up the Market Research & Consumer Insights and User Experience function at Deichmann, where she is driving change, customer-centricity and building a learning organization that is increasingly able to anticipate consumer needs. Before joining Deichmann, she built and led the Market Research & Consumer Insights function at ABOUT YOU, contributing to the international expansion and IPO process. In her current role, she combines the best of both worlds – offline retail and e-com – striving for an omnichannel strategy to best meet consumer needs. Kristin is passionate about agile research, fostering and leveraging innovative digital approaches and tools.
