Ray has spent the last 40+ years at the intersection of research, technology and discovery. During that time Ray has been at the forefront of innovation in market research, from the introduction of personal computers in the late 1970s through to the use of Automation, AI and Smartphones in recent years. His experience includes being a director of Vision Critical, Sandpiper, IntelliQuest, Millward Brown, The Research Business and The Future Place.
Ray is the author of research textbooks and blogs, a workshop facilitator, consultant, lecturer and trainer. Ray is a Fellow of the UK’s MRS and a member of the ESOMAR Council..
