Nach Stationen in eigenen Start-Ups, im KarstadtQuelle-Konzern und bei OTTO heuerte er 2016 beim Konsumg\u00fcterhersteller Beiersdorf AG (NIVEA, La Prairie, Eucerin, Hansaplast) an und ist seit Anfang 2018 dort verantwortlich f\u00fcr das Scouting digitaler Technologien. Ploss ist bekennender Barbecue-Fan, Besitzer eines sehr gefr\u00e4\u00dfigen Labradors und Autor mehrerer B\u00fccher (\u201eDas Loyalit\u00e4ts-Netzwerk\u201c, \u201eM\u00e4nner, die auf
