Seine Medien-Laufbahn begann er bei TV M\u00fcnchen und TV Bayern. Beim RTL2-Vermarkter El Cartel Media arbeitete er knapp sechs Jahre lang, zuletzt als Sales Manager. 2012 wechselt Hape als Senior Sales Manager zu Sky Media, wo er zum Head of Network Channels Sales aufsteigt. Nach einem Stopp im Sales-Bereich von Disney kehrt er als Director Sales und Air Time Planning zu Sky zur\u00fcck. Zwei Jahre sp\u00e4ter macht Sky Media Hape zum Vice President Media Sales. Von 2021 bis August 2024 war er Senior Vice President und verantwortete die Gesch\u00e4fts\u00adf\u00fchrung des Sky
