Als Teil des Mediaplus Management Boards ist er f\u00fcr den Bereich Buying &amp; Operations verantwortlich, in dem Prozesse, Abrechnungsvorg\u00e4nge und Organisationsstrukturen von Mediaplus zusammenlaufen. Als zentrale Ansprechperson f\u00fcr Medien- und Vermarktungspartner im operativen Deutschland-Gesch\u00e4ft ist Malgara unter anderem f\u00fcr den Einkauf des Inventars zust\u00e4ndig. Andrea Malgara ist Experte auf dem Gebiet der Mediaplanung, u.a. mit Schwerpunkt auf Skalierbarkeit, (digitales) Fernsehen, Medien und Media der Zukunft sowie Markenbildung. Bis 2011 war Malgara gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrender Gesellschafter des Sky-Vermarkters Premium Media Solutions. Vorher war er \u00fcber 15 Jahre Verkaufsmanager und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer des ProSieben-Sat.1-Vermarkters SevenOne
