Lars Stegelmann is the Director Marketing & Consultancy Two Circles and responsible for Commercial Growth.

With over 17 years of high-level commercial experience in the sports, media and entertainment industries, Lars is a recognized expert in his field.

In motorsport, Lars gained hands-on experience with some of the most prominent racing series. At the Red Bull-owned Formula 1 team, VISA Cash-App Racing Bulls, he led the global commercial division. In Formula E, he played a pivotal role in developing the commercial strategy for the pioneering sustainable racing series. He later served as Chief Commercial Officer at Motorsport Network, a media and technology company, and Director of Commercial for the DTM racing series.

Lars has also driven growth outside of motorsports. He was instrumental in building the international commercial unit of Nielsen Sports & Entertainment, the global leader in sports media valuation, data intelligence, and research consulting.

His expertise spans multiple sports sectors. Notably, he developed the commercial divisions for major events such as the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa and the UEFA EURO 2012 in Poland and the Ukraine including the UEFA European Football Championship Final in Munich 2012.

Before transitioning to the Sports, Media & Entertainment industries, Lars spent seven years working with leading international consulting firms, Roland Berger and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

With a strong international background, Lars has lived and worked in Switzerland, Poland, Ukraine, the UK, Italy, Belgium, South Africa, and Germany. His deep understanding of the advertising industry, media companies, and agencies, combined with his extensive global network, further enhances his ability to deliver commercial growth.

He holds a degree in Business Administration and Social Economics from the University of Hamburg and is passionate about multi-sports, with a particular interest in motorsport, football, athletics, and tennis.
