Prof. Dr. Christopher Jahns

Founder und CEO, XU Group

Christopher Jahns is an entrepreneur and digital pioneer. He received his PhD in strategic management from the Technical University Munich, habilitating in 2004 with a thesis on supply management.
As co-founder of XU Exponential Game Changers GmbH and initiator of XU Exponential University he is involved in the transformation of organizations, focusing on education, training and integration in the context of digitization.
Within the scope of several projects of the World Economic Forum (WEF), he is dedicated to the development of future programs/scenarios for the socio-political and economic organization of digitization.
In previous projects he was a major driver in the areas of supply chain innovation, logistics and mobility.
He co-founded the supply management consultancy Brain.Net, which later was sold to KPMG.
He was professor and president of EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in Wiesbaden and managing founder of Supply Chain Management Institute SMI, which became one of Europe’s most renowned institutes.
Since several years he promotes the cooperation of German and Chinese companies, especially in the fields industry 4.0 and digitalization.
