Jolanda has started her career in 2001 after finishing her studies in business administration at the University of Groningen. She first joined the management trainee program at Nestlé Netherlands and after she was heading procurement for the Dutch market. In 2007, she moved to Germany and led the procurement department for the German market and for the Scandinavian market. In 2011 she was heading the Logistic Department and she implemented the Nestlé Lean Management Program for the German market. In 2013, she was in charge of the Quality Program of Nestlé Germany in her role as CSR director. In 2016, she took on the role of Communication and Corporate Marketing Director. Since 2019, she is also in charge of the digital enterprise transformation of Nestlé Germany. Her department supports all brands and functions with a variety of services: Market Intelligence, Innovation Support, Media and Content Management, Digital Technical Services, Consumer Engagement Services, Marketing and Digital Capability Building. Jolanda is married and is mother of three boys. She is quite sportive and enjoys to spend time with family and friends.
